Health Coaches are knowledgeable advisors who provide ongoing support and guidance
as you set goals and make sustainable changes that improve your health and happiness.

 

As your Health Coach, we will listen carefully and help you to navigate the world of
contradictory nutrition advice to determine what changes are necessary for you.

 

Your personalized program will radically improve your health and happiness. Together, we will explore concerns specific to you and your body and discover the tools you need for a lifetime of balance.

 

We practice a holistic approach to health & wellness. We look at how all areas of your life are connected. Does stress at your job or in your relationship cause you to overeat?
Does lack of sleep or low energy prevent you from exercising?
As we work together, we will look at how all parts of your life affect your health as a whole.

 

As a Client of our Health Coaching Program, you will:

Your One-on-One Program Includes:

  • check-sm-green Email support between sessions
  • check-sm-green Recipes that are healthy and simple to prepare
  • check-sm-green Coaching and support to help you make the dietary and lifestyle changes you want
  • check-sm-green Simple but informative handouts that will increase your nutrition knowledge
  • check-sm-green Access to our monthly newsletter with the latest health tips and recipes
  • check-sm-green Our personal commitment to your health and success

To decide if Health Coaching is right for you:

  • check-sm-green We invite you to schedule an initial consultation. Email us at info@howtochow.com to let us know you would like to schedule a consultation. We will call or email back to find a day and time that works for you. During this session, we will discuss your health and lifestyle to determine how we can best support you in achieving your goals.
  • check-sm-green Once your consultation is scheduled, we will send you a link to fill out our health history questionnaire. This will give you an opportunity to share your health goals and concerns with us.
  • check-sm-green The initial consultation is approximately 50 minutes and is completely free if you decide a health coaching program is right for you. If health coaching is not a good fit at this time, the fee for this consultation is $150 and cannot be refunded.

Pricing for One-on-One Health Coaching:

  • check-sm-green Initial Consultation – $150 (when you sign up for a program, this fee gets credited to your program.)
  • check-sm-green 3-Month Program – $1200 (when paid in full)
  • check-sm-green 6-Month Program – $2200 (when paid in full)
